Fruit brandies are the craft of German distillery tradition. From ripe fruits, a clear spirit is obtained through mashing and distillation, which carries the character of the fruit in a concentrated form. Cask-aged spirits are additionally stored in oak or cherry wood barrels, gaining color, spice, and complexity. Krugmann offers both categories with a regional fruit base.
