The art of producing a hazelnut spirit lies in the selection, combination, and treatment of the raw materials. The basis for "Alte Haselnuss" is a distillate obtained from roasted hazelnuts through maceration and distillation. In the second step, this hazelnut distillate is further refined by our master distiller and then aged in wooden barrels until perfection. The result is a unique spirit with an exceptionally nutty aroma.
